Please write the return authorization number on the line indicated on the packing slip. Our customer service representative will provide you further instruction on sending your merchandise return to .Silk Concepts Inc Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment. The following items cannot be returned: Damaged Items Unopened merchandise that is returned will be accepted for credit and a 15% restocking fee will apply. A return authorization number must be obtained from customer service prior to any return. This number must be included with your return. UPS and USPS orders are shipped via a trackable method. We email you a tracking
number with a shipping notification when your package is sent, when you use
