Shipping and Returns Policy

We are committed to our customer's satisfaction with our merchandise beyond the point of sale. Merchandise may be returned by mail within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by the following:

Return authorization number
Original receipt
Packing slip
All original packaging
We cannot accept returns without prior authorization. Items sent back without the return authorization number, will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

A return authorization number may be obtained by calling Silk Concepts Inc Customer Service:214-408-8879 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time). Please write the return authorization number on the line indicated on the packing slip. Our customer service representative will provide you further instruction on sending your merchandise return to .Silk Concepts Inc

Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment.

The following items cannot be returned:
Silk Concepts Inc Gift Cards
Product Samples
Individual products purchased as part of a set (the entire set must be returned)
While we are unable to process new orders via the return process, if you wish to replace the item, please place another order online.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured USPS . We're sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please refer to damaged items section below.

Damaged Items
When your order arrives, It is your responsibility to inspect and verify the accuracy and condition of your order upon receipt. All claims of shortages or damage must be made within 48 hours of delivery or you will be deemed to have unconditionally accepted the shipment as a whole. However, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact Silk Concepts Inc Customer Service: 214-408-8879 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.

Unopened merchandise that is returned will be accepted for credit and a 15% restocking fee will apply. A return authorization number must be obtained from customer service prior to any return. This number must be included with your return.

UPS and USPS orders are shipped via a trackable method. We email you a tracking number with a shipping notification when your package is sent, when you use these methods.
